Boiler and Water Heater Technician

Serve as a Field Service Technician III supporting customers with residential and commercial water heating, boiler, and water treatment systems. Diagnose equipment problems and determine root causes through mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.Repair and maintain heaters, boilers, and related components.Perform preventive maintenance to improve reliability and performance.Install and commission water heating and treatment systems.Recommend solutions and clearly explain service outcomes and options to customers.Document service work accurately and complete all required paperwork.Follow safety and quality procedures during all onsite activities.Collaborate with technical and service teams to resolve complex issues. Qualifications: relevant field experience, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, strong customer-first mindset, and ability to handle complex repairs and service tasks.
