Responsibilities
- Assists in ordering and maintaining inventory of products.
- Maintains product cost and labor cost within budget.
- Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policies and procedures are implemented.
- Maintains consistent and efficient service during peak hours.
- Fulfills sanitation and safety guidelines in handling food and equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
