About the role
The District Operations Manager at BODYROK is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple studios, ensuring they meet high standards of service, cleanliness, and financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage studio operations/studio walkthroughs
- Manage Studio Advisor scheduling
- Manage Studio Advisor time & attendance
- Manage inventory/sales reporting
- Studio Advisor hiring i.e., phone interviews & assist with In-person interviews
- Manage Studio Advisor onboarding
- Manage Studio Advisor written warnings and disciplinary documentation
- Oversee cleanliness of studios
- Manage studio audits
- Manage and conduct Studio Advisor performance reviews
- Must be available to work one weekend a month as Manager on Duty
- Must be available three times a week for team conference calls
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational goals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
