What You Bring

• 2+ years leading a team in a sales-driven environment
• 3+ years in fitness, wellness, hospitality, luxury retail, or service sales with a track record of crushing targets
• Sharp lead-generation instincts — you fill a pipeline through relationships and events, not just walk-ins
• Clear, confident communicator — in person, on the phone, in writing
• Comfortable with CRM/scheduling tools (Mindbody experience a plus)
• Organized, accountable, and reliable — you follow through, every time

Part-Time

Part-time on site 5 days a week. Hours initially will be fixed. Working hours 9AM - 2PM MWF and 2pm - 6PM TTh in person at Exton Studio. We can change the days of week morning vs evening.
