Body Shop Technician

Essential Duties

• Examining vehicles to identify repairs needed
• File, grind, weld, fill and sand repaired surfaces as needed
• Remove or repair dents, dings and other larger damages to the exterior of a vehicle
• Perform work as outlined in the repair order with efficiency and accuracy
• Work with other departments to ensure a quality product and on-time delivery

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years of body work experience
• Heavy truck and box work experience preferred
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch to prepare vehicle for paint
• Dependable
• Willingness to learn
