Body Shop Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication, welding, and body repair on commercial trucks and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Assess damage and provide accurate estimates for repair work.
• Use various tools and equipment to strip, repair, and replace damaged panels and structural components.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and company quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper use of tools and safety equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fabrication and body work, preferably in a commercial truck or heavy vehicle environment.
• Proficiency with welding equipment and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of metalworking, measuring, and repair processes.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Sparks, NV location.
