Body Shop Painter
About the role
The Painter at BMW of Wilmington, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, refinishes damaged vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership quality specifications and time standards.
Responsibilities
- Refinish damaged vehicles to meet manufacturer and dealership quality specifications and time standards.
- Ensure adherence to all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials.
- Report any deviations from regulations to management immediately.
Requirements

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record (some positions may require).
Skills
- Proficiency in spray painting techniques.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
