Body Shop Paint Assistant

About the role

Bell Road Toyota, a proud member of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, is now hiring a Body Shop Paint Tech Assistant. The position offers competitive pay, full-time stability, and opportunities for growth within one of the most respected automotive groups in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive paint repairs
• Prepare workstations with required materials and parts for Paint Technicians
• Prep, mask, and tape vehicles for paint repairs
• Wash vehicles before and after paint application
• Color-sand, polish, and buff vehicles before pre-delivery
• Use paint supplies and materials
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including daily stall cleaning

Requirements

• Automotive body shop experience is a plus
• Team player with a strong focus on customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
