Responsibilities

The body shop foreman/technician will be tasked with repairs on motorhomes, trailers, fifth wheels, limos & vehicles ranging from minor collision repair to full-body paint jobs while helping the general manager keep projects on point/schedule and keeping body shop staff motivated.

Qualifications

• Must be extremely detail oriented for complex and precise body repairs
• Must have own set of tools and toolbox
• 3-5 years prepping and refinishing experience required; Truck & RV experience preferred, or 2 years as Body Shop Tech
• Take pride in your work and be a good communicator
• Must be a team player and have a customer-first mentality
