Body Shop Estimator
About the role
Do you want to work at one of Northwest Ohio's Top Workplaces? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced, customer oriented working environment? We are looking for a full time, dependable, highly motivated and friendly individual to join our Body Shop team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Estimates for Insurance companies and potential customers
- Assist customers with the repair process from the initial estimate to the final delivery
- Follow up progress of each repair order during the day
- Maintain contact with the customer regarding status
- On completion of work, deliver the vehicle to the customer and close out the repair order in the dealership management system
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience
- Knowledge of insurance claims
- Able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing
- Working estimating knowledge, including systems
- Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management and the ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Candidates must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening, background checks and have a clean driving record.
