Body Shop Buffer/Finisher Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform buffing, polishing, and final finishing on repaired and painted vehicles to OEM standards.
• Prepare surfaces, remove defects, correct swirls and scratches, and conduct final inspections.
• Ensure vehicles meet quality, safety, and appearance expectations.
• Collaborate with painters and body technicians in a dynamic environment.
• Restore vehicle finishes to high standards through buffing and polishing.
• Conduct surface preparation and defect correction.
• Perform final inspections to ensure excellence in vehicle appearance.
