Antwerpen Automotive is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicle bodies to their original condition, ensuring the highest quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year. Responsibilities Perform body repairs on vehicles, including straightening frames, replacing damaged panels, and refinishing surfaces Diagnose and assess damage using specialized equipment and tools Work with paint technicians and other team members to ensure seamless vehicle restoration Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations Communicate effectively with managers and customers regarding repair progress and any additional findings Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used Requirements Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or similar role Proficiency with body repair tools and techniques, including frame straightening and panel replacement Knowledge of paint and refinishing processes is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Valid driver’s license and ability to comply with safety standards Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $75,000.00 to $140,000.00 annually Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and disability insurance and more. 401(k) retirement plan Vacation pay after 1 year Sick days available upon hire Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
