The Body Sculpting Specialist at iCRYO One Loudoun is a key member of our team dedicated to enhancing the wellness and recovery of our guests. Our mission is to provide professional, affordable, and convenient recovery services while fostering a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assist and educate guests in achieving their wellness goals with exceptional guest service.
- Marketing through social media and attending community events.
- Continuing education of our products and services.
- Working as a team with other employees and maintaining safety protocols within the center.
- Identify and solve problems, set expectations, goals, and complete daily tasks.
- Perform duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.
Requirements
- Ability to work a 40-hour week with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Comprehend and pass a number of iCRYO designed service exams following initial training.
- Maintain good time management skills, good judgment, and ability to multi-task.
- Display exceptional guest experience skills, handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty.
- Understand the needs of the guest, educate guests on services needed in a competent, efficient, and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company including sales goals.
- Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Maintain an environment of trust, communicate efficiently with managers and peers.
- Maintain ongoing and continued education.
- Maintain a clean environment, uphold company standards.
