About the Role

Dartmouth Health’s Department of Radiology is seeking Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Radiologists for a one-year Body Imaging/MRI Fellowship. This program is dedicated to the comprehensive study of all aspects of Body Imaging, with a strong emphasis on Body MRI.

Fellows gain expertise in abdominal imaging (such as MR & CT enterography, hepatic HCC screening and treatment follow-up, iron quantification, and elastography) and pelvic imaging (including rectal cancer staging, multiparametric prostate imaging, gynecologic malignancies, and dynamic pelvic floor imaging). The fellowship can be tailored to focus on specific areas or modalities based on the fellow's goals and interests, including proficiency in CT-guided procedures. Two elective blocks are offered to help acquire specific skills for future practice.

Imaging facilities at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) are state-of-the-art, including multiple 3T MRI scanners, dual-energy CT scanners, and a photon-counting CT arriving in 2026. Graduates of this program have secured positions in both academic and private practice settings. The fellowship offers graduated responsibility, providing excellent preparation for future practice.

This position is based at DHMC, Dartmouth Health’s tertiary care central hub and Academic Medical Center, located adjacent to Hanover, NH. We cannot consider applicants with a J-1 waiver, as it requires a 3-year commitment.
