About the Role

The Department of Radiology is seeking a Body Imager to meet the needs of our growing program in Zion, Illinois. The qualified candidate will provide patient-centered care in collaboration with a world-class, nationally recognized multidisciplinary team of top-level cancer care specialists. This onsite clinical position may incorporate remote teleradiology shifts in the future.

You will join a multidisciplinary team of oncologic specialists collaborating both locally and with other City of Hope centers to ensure every patient’s care is individualized. This role offers the opportunity to practice the full scope of body imaging in a collegial, collaborative, and supportive environment, combining the benefits of a community-based practice with the extensive resources, advanced technology, and academic connections of one of the nation’s largest and most highly regarded cancer research and treatment organizations.

Practice at a 73-bed cancer hospital equipped with cutting-edge technology across all modalities. Includes a City of Hope faculty appointment with academic rank commensurate with experience. EPIC EMR is used.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered body imaging services in an oncologic setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of cancer care specialists to individualize patient treatment plans.

Requirements

• M.D./D.O. degree.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology.
• Fellowship training in Body Imaging or Abdominal Imaging is preferred.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain medical licensure in the state of Illinois.
