About the role

This position is ideal for a paralegal with 1 to 6 years of dedicated bodily injury/personal injury litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft discovery responses, motions, pleadings etc
• Collect, review and summarize medical records
• Manage a robust caseload of personal injury and catastrophic injury files
• Prepare trial binders, exhibit notebooks, and coordinate witness subpoenas
• Show strong ability to read, comprehend, and analyze complex medical records and health insurance liens
