Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial transportation
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a fully remote environment
• Active licensure, home state or designated home state
• Willingness to obtain all relevant licenses within 45 days of hire

About The Role

As a Bodily Injury Team Lead at Reserv, you will support a claims manager with leadership and claim technical responsibilities. Your leadership will include overseeing work done by the Commercial Transportation adjusting staff. You will also serve a critical role with the team, customers, and clients.

What You'll Do

• Flexibility to switch between claims handling and coaching

• Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling
• Align team with client and customer expectations
• Lead team meetings and workshops
• Provide customer advocacy and support
• Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports and analyses

Job Duties

• Backup/leader when Manager/Director is out of office
• Initial onboarding tasks and new hire cultural immersion
• Subject matter expert for first-line questions and escalations
• Identify topics and trends for team discussions
• Assist with moderate reviews and reserve/payment authority

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of insurance claims experience in bodily injury and property damage
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a remote environment
• Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Integrity, ethics, and accountability in handling sensitive information
