We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Leadership team as a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster. Employment Status: Permanent/Full Time. Job Location: Brownsville.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve BI auto claims
- Interpret medical reports, review medical billing, assess claim value
- Adjust reserves adequately on all new and existing claims
- Assess comparative negligence
- Corresponds with attorneys, insured’s, and agents
- Maintain effective diary system for appropriate claim management
- Protect liens
- Involve SIU when warranted
- Works under limited supervision
- Handle claims in a timely manner and in accordance with Texas compliance rules

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00 (can vary depending on projects, assignments and other tasks)
