Wages

• HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
• CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Shift Differential

• $1.00 for PMs
• $2.00 for NOCs

About the Role

Boden Senior Living of Maplewood, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join their growing team. Located just off of Beam Avenue near the corner of Robinson Dr. and 113th Lane NW in Maplewood, MN, they provide Memory Care services to seniors. The role involves providing support to residents with personal care services, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and assisting with medication administration. The ideal candidate should have a compassionate and positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and experience in an assisted living setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Aid in medication administration.

Requirements

The role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a willingness to learn and adapt to the unique needs of each resident. Applicants must possess a valid Minnesota State license as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aid (HHA).
