About the role

Boden Senior Living of Apple Valley is seeking a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join their growing team. The community opened in July 2022 in Apple Valley, MN, near Target. They offer Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Aid in medication administration as directed.

Requirements

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license.

Pay

• HHA wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour.
• CNA wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Shifts available: Full-Time AMs (7am-3pm), PMs (3pm-11pm), & NOCs (11pm-7am) and Part-Time PMs.
