What You’ll Do
- Generate leads and sell Bobcat construction equipment and grounds maintenance equipment within your assigned territory.
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities while building strong customer relationships.
- Support the company's growth by collaborating with the rental, parts, and service departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Conduct product demonstrations at customer sites to showcase equipment capabilities.
- Coordinate the delivery and pickup of equipment to and from customer locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
- Prior sales experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- CDL/Medical Certification is preferred at time of hire; must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Physical Requirements
- Standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 80 lbs., routinely 20-50 lbs.
- Routine regular travel within an assigned territory.
- The ability to operate a motor vehicle is necessary for this role.
- Safe loading, unloading, transportation, and securement of construction and grounds maintenance equipment in accordance with company and FMCSA regulations.
- Ability to frequently climb on and off trailers, enter and exit commercial vehicles, and secure equipment during loading, unloading, and transport activities.

About the Role
Atlas Bobcat, part of the Atlas Companies, is expanding to Kankakee, IL and is seeking a full-time Bobcat Sales Representative to develop this new territory opening in summer 2026. This is a perfect role for anyone interested in a future in Sales!
