Bobcat Diesel Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues on Bobcat compact construction equipment using manufacturer diagnostic software and tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Complete service repair assignments in a timely manner.
• Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation and performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products sold and serviced by Atlas Bobcat.
• Keep the Service Lead informed of current and potential issues related to service repairs, parts requirements, and customer concerns.
• Maintain an inventory of necessary and customary technician tools in good working condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all company and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants should have experience working on construction equipment, automotive vehicles, agricultural equipment, or possess strong mechanical aptitude. Experience with Bobcat compact construction equipment is preferred but not required.

Pay and Schedule

The pay rate for this position is commensurate with experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday.
