About the role
The Boating Specialist will implement all boating programs as assigned by the Waterfront Director, ensure safety protocols for all campers, work with the entire camp team to ensure a positive experience for campers, and be available Monday through Friday all summer (8:30am-4:00pm).

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Have 1-3 years experience with camp and/or aquatics activities
- Hold a current RI non-surf or surf lifeguarding certification
- Hold a current safe boating certification
