Responsibilities
- Assist callers with boat rental information and book boat rental reservations.
- Check-in guests for their boat rental.
- Aid guests inside the gift shop.
- Handle cash and card transactions while operating a Point-Of-Sale register and a fuel console inside the gift shop.
- Help keep the gift shop stocked and organized.
- Gas Dock Coverage: Assist boaters with docking for fuel, pump-outs, and gift shop visits; assist boaters as they depart from the dock; ensure boats depart in a timely manner to avoid congestion; keep fuel hoses properly stored and maintain a clean, organized, and safe gas dock.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience as a cashier or in a customer service role.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Must be able to swim.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays, and willing to work 20–40 hours per week.
