Boat Laminator 2nd Shift

About the Role

The Lamination Technician removes air from wet glass using a brush and/or roller, applies layers of wet glass in various applications, and installs different parts prior to glass work.

Responsibilities

• Performs pattern cutting and rolling fiberglass
• Properly uses resin and putty
• Installs boxes, foam tanks, and stringers
• Grinds out small imperfections
• Performs general housekeeping
• Completes other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (minimum degree required)

Skills

• Ability to work with a team
• Proficient in using drills and hand sanders
• Able to follow instructions

• Light lifting (under 20 lbs)

• Moderate lifting (21-59 lbs)

• Straight pulling and pushing
• Repeated bending and reaching over shoulders
• Use of fingers
