We are seeking a Boat Cover Seamstress to join our dynamic team at Lincoln Marine in the Ozarks. This position offers training and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality alterations, modifications, and construction of boat tarps and related products according to specifications
• Create, inspect, and alter components
• Operate fabrication equipment as assigned
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
• Willing to train the right candidate

Qualifications

• Ability to use a sewing machine
• Knowledge to operate machines, hand tools, tape measures, and other equipment
• Ability to work with general supervision and make basic quality decisions
• Prior manufacturing experience helpful
