Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations to determine functional capabilities and rehabilitation needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor objective, holistic, and culturally sensitive treatment plans aligned with client discharge goals
• Provide minimum-to-maximum assistance during sessions to facilitate client success
• Create group and individual activities focused on recreation, leisure, health, and skill-building
• Deliver individual and group music therapy sessions integrating music therapy theory with psychodynamic and psychotherapeutic techniques to empower clients navigating neurological recovery
• Help clients build coping skills, improve self-regulation, enhance self-esteem, foster meaningful engagement, and build social connections
• Partner closely with the clinical team, families, and caregivers to ensure integrated care
