About the role

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities in a variety of settings. Full-time, on-site roles are available for the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors and inform interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with students’ IEP goals.
  • Provide direct, evidence-based behavior analytic services to students in classroom and pull-out settings.
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavior supports.
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and school staff on data collection procedures and positive behavior strategies.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavior-related recommendations and progress updates.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support for students exhibiting severe or unsafe behaviors.
  • Design and deliver professional development sessions on applied behavior analysis best practices.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in ABA and school-based behavior support.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Valid BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification.
  • Active state BCBA licensure or certification in the state where services will be provided.
  • Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in educational settings.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced school environment.
  • Commitment to positive, student-centered behavior support approaches.
