Position Overview
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Aviation ABA, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care while helping shape and grow our services in Salt Lake County. This Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is a hybrid position that requires some in-clinic hours, with flexibility for remote work. Afternoon Availability Is Strongly Preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and progress reports
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Maintain a manageable caseload with a focus on quality care
- Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and BTs
- Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing data analysis
- Ensure compliance with Utah regulations and ethical standards
- Complete treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and quality checks
- Support clinic operations including scheduling and team coordination
- Collaborate with leadership on clinical systems and program development
Qualifications
- Certification: Active BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility)
- Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience: Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Preferred: Safety Care certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility: Open to occasional in-home support as needed
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle for local travel
