Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) FT/PT

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision to behavior technicians and RBTs.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, pediatric nurses, therapists, and school teams to ensure consistent, integrated support.
• Monitor progress, adjust programming, and maintain high-quality clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Commitment to family-centered, interdisciplinary care
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred
