Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Develop and implement ABA programs to address client goals and objectives
- Provide training and support to clients and their families, including parents, teachers, and other caregivers
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- 1 year of experience in the ABA field
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
