About the role

Join our team at Alight Behavioral Therapy, a leading provider of personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, as we work together to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients with ASD
  • Provide behavioral therapy services to clients, including in-home ABA therapy and behavior skills training
  • Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including parents, caregivers, and other therapists, to ensure that client goals and objectives are being met
  • Develop and implement behavior plans to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy services
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts to ensure the highest level of service delivery

Requirements

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Licensed as a BCBA in the state of Minnesota
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBAS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and other professionals
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability
