About the role
Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Fargo, ND.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (as needed)
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans as needed
- Complete initial evaluations and re-evaluations every 6 months
- Provide direct therapy (as needed) along with supervision of Behavior Management Therapists (BMTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and/or Behavior Technicians (BTs)
- Maintain client progress and adjust treatment plans and behavior plans as needed
- Partner with families and caregivers to support goals across home and community settings
- Maintain timely and clear documentation for assessments, supervision, and program modifications
- Collaborate with a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, EI, and mental health professionals
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed or eligible for behavior analysis licensure in North Dakota
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for working with children and families
- Pediatric experience preferred, but new BCBAs are encouraged to apply
Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques

Pay
Pediatric BCBA Salary Range: $63K- $75K
