About the role
Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders primarily in a clinic-based setting with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings.
Provide supervision to a team of behavior technicians.
Provide and facilitate family support and training.
Responsibilities
- Supervise RBT and BTs
- Case review
- Documentation of supervision sessions
- Conducts FBAs and creates BIPs
Requirements
- Current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a board-certified behavior analyst in good standing
Qualifications
- The founder behind Dr. Hill Educational Services LLC has been teaching for 14 years. Dr. Shalonda Hill’s specialization includes remedial reading, elementary education, and special education. Now, she wants to offer tutoring and behavior support to assist learners to develop the skills they need to succeed in life.
