About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) at Empire ABA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families through evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and providing ongoing training and support
- Conducting assessments and adjusting treatment goals as needed
- Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
- Maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
Pay
$80,000 - $110,000 annually
Schedule
- Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
- Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
