Empire ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Fayetteville, NC. Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise other professionals and provide ongoing training and support
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives

Pay

$70 - $95/hour
