About the role
Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders primarily in a clinic-based setting with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings
Provide supervision to a team of behavior technicians
Provide and facilitate family support and training
Supervise RBT and BTs
Conduct case reviews
Document supervision sessions
Conduct FBAs and create BIPs
License/Certification
Current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a board-certified behavior analyst in good standing
Hours
Full-time: 35-40/week
Compensation
$70.00 - $100.00 per hour
