Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop, refine, and standardize clinical policies and procedures across Utah.
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports.
- Design and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Maintain a caseload and deliver hands-on, high-quality clinical care.
- Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs.
- Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance using evidence-based practices.
- Perform functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with Utah state regulations, ethical standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks.
- Support clinic operations such as scheduling, staffing coordination, and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Certification: Current Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and UT LBA (or eligibility for licensure).
- Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in ABA strongly preferred.
- Flexibility: Willingness to provide occasional in-home support.
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle for local travel around the Salt Lake County area.
