About the role

Seabright is partnering with an exceptional school district seeking a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026‑2027 school year. Assignment is on‑site in Statesville, NC, full‑time (37.5 hours/week) with an ASAP start date through June 18, 2027. The role serves elementary, middle, and high‑school students (including kindergarten). Eligible clinicians receive a $2,000 Completion Bonus for completing the full school year (30+ hours/week) and can earn up to $3,000 in referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential/license or in process in the state of practice
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; proof required upon hire (no visa sponsorship)

Pay

Weekly pay range: $44.22 – $50.60 per hour on a local contract.

Schedule

Full‑time, 37.50 hours per week.
