About the role

Seabright is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026‑2027 school year. Duration: ASAP – 06/16/2027. Location: Lakewood, WA (On‑Site). Schedule: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Grade/Age Levels: Elementary School, High School, Kindergarten, Middle School, Pre‑K. The role includes a $2,000 Completion Bonus for eligible clinicians who commit to and complete their full school year assignment (30+ hours/week) and the opportunity to earn up to $3,000 in referral bonuses.

Pay

Weekly Pay Range: $65.22 – $74.64 per hour on a local contract.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. Seabright is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
