Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LBA) - Chicago
About the role
As a clinic-based BCBA, LBA at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide ABA therapy to foster each student's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
- Providing caregiver coaching and support
- Developing evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
- Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Total Compensation: $98,000-113,000 which includes:
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Base Salary: $74,000-$85,000
