About the role
Responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Train staff in behavior analysis techniques
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
