About the role
We are seeking a BCBA to join our team in Japan. This position offers the opportunity to conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments, develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, provide supervision and training, collaborate with families, and ensure services align with BACB ethical guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIP’s).
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support for RBT’s, BTs, and clinical staff.
- Collect, analyze, and review client data to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across home and other environments.
- Ensure services align with BACB ethical guidelines and insurance requirements.
- Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and professional development.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
