About the role

We are seeking a BCBA to join our team in Japan. This position offers a rewarding career opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIP’s).
  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support for RBT’s, BTs, and clinical staff.
  • Collect, analyze, and review client data to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across home and other environments.
  • Ensure services align with BACB ethical guidelines and insurance requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
