Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Effective 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR)

About the role

The incumbent serves as a school professional to work with school teams for behavioral and instructional support, aiming to enhance student achievement and social emotional growth.

Responsibilities

• Affect behavior change and provide systemic training, support, and oversight in the implementation of behavior strategies and intervention plans.

Requirements

• Completion of a BCBA approved course sequence in applied behavior analysis
• Recent graduate of an ABA Masters or BCBA certificate program with an exam test date within three months of application
• BCBA or BCaBA required
• Five years experience with school age children
• Two years working with students with behavioral needs

Preferred Requirements

• Valid Arizona teaching certificate
• Valid Arizona special education teaching certificate
• Board Certification through the Board Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field
• Teaching experience in general education and special education classrooms
• Two years of experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
