As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

Pay

  • Annual Salary: $80,000–$85,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000–$18,000 (paid monthly)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
  • Total Annual Compensation: Up to $101,000
  • Annual merit-based salary increases

Schedule

Hybrid work model with the option to work remotely one day per week as center operations allow.
