About the role

As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework

Qualifications

  • Experience in ABA and behavior analysis
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

  • Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis
  • Ability to adapt interventions based on client progress
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Benefits

  • Total Annual Compensation: $80,000 - $108,000
  • Annual Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 - $18,000 (paid monthly)
  • Sign On Bonus: $5,000 - $20,000 (depending on start date and location)

Pay

  • Annual Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
