About the role
We are seeking a talented and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at GreenLight ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for children with ASD
- Supervising and training Associates and BCBAs to ensure high-quality services
- Collaborating with families, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve client goals
- Monitoring and evaluating client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
- Staying current with best practices in ABA and staying up-to-date on relevant research and evidence-based practices
