About the role

As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy. Pay

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $118,000 + $5,000 sign-on bonus

  • Annual Salary: $90,000–$100,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
  • Annual merit-based salary increases

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Position requires a background check, which may include criminal history and driving record
