What We’re Looking For

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIP’s).
  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support for RBT’s, BTs, and clinical staff.
  • Collect, analyze, and review client data to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across home and other environments.
  • Ensure services align with BACB ethical guidelines and insurance requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification (required).
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-person services.

Schedule / Work

  • Monday–Friday, primarily daytime hours.
  • Services are primarily in-person in the Clarksville area, with telehealth available when clinically appropriate and approved.

Salary / Compensation

$75,000-95,000 depending on experience.
